We love our spinach gnocchi for their flavor and versatility—top with any sauce from marinara to pesto or just drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and serve with freshly grated Locatelli Romano cheese.

HOW TO STORE
The gnocchi ships frozen with ice packs and may thaw during transit. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

HOW TO COOK (do not defrost): Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; add the gnocchi and cook, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi float and the water returns to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 8 minutes. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce.
