HOW TO STORE
The gnocchi ships frozen with ice packs and may thaw during transit. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

HOW TO COOK (do not defrost): Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; add the gnocchi and cook, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi float and the water returns to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 8 minutes. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce.
