Corporate Gifting FAQS

What can I include in my gift?

You must pick one Meal Kit from our selection of ten per recipient. You do not have to send each recipient the same kit, but you must pick from the list of Meal Kits with no substitutions allowed to be made to the kit's contents. 

How do you ship ravioli? Won't it spoil?

We pack our fresh and frozen goods in an insulated shipping box with enough coolant (ice gel packs) to keep the contents in the correct temperature zone for 1-3 days in transit. 

Where can you ship Pastosa Ravioli's gift orders?

We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, via UPS. We do not ship internationally at this time, sorry. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Which days of the week can your Meal Kits be delivered?

Our products can be delivered every day of the week except for Saturday, Sunday or Monday, though some exceptions for certain shipping destinations could deliver on Saturdays. We also offer free pick up for local customers only Monday-Friday at our facility in NYC.

Can I specify when my gift orders should be delivered?

Delivery cannot be guaranteed on a set day, but can be ensured within a specific week assuming all order details and recipient information are received promptly. Allow for a two-week processing period before shipment.

Can I include a personalized gift message within each shipment?

Please include the message for each recipient where indicated in the downloadable order form. For further assistance, contact our Gift Concierge team.

 

Can I earn Rewards Points from corporate gifting orders? 

Unfortunately, corporate gifting orders are not eligible for rewards points.
