GENERAL

What forms of payment to you accept?

Currently, we accept payment by the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Shop Pay We do not accept payment by check, money order, food stamps or EBT cards.  *If paying with PayPal, please double-check the shipping address carefully to make sure you are not shipping to a default address. Shop.pastosa.com cannot be responsible for incorrect entry of shipping address or lack of entry when using PayPal or any 3rd party payment option and will not send any reships for any reason.  

Will prices be included somewhere in my package?

No! Rest assured that our packing slips DO NOT list the prices of what is included in the box, only the quantities. Prices are displayed on the confirmation email sent to the purchaser. 

 Where can I buy Pastosa Ravioli Products?

You can find a variety of our products in the freezer section of many retail shops across the country. Click here to find the closest place to buy Pastosa Ravioli near you. 

 Do you offer any gluten-free options?

Yes, many of products are gluten-free. Check the Gluten-Free section for tons of great options.

Does Pastosa Ravioli cater weddings and parties?

Yes, if you reside in the NY/NJ area many of our Pastosa Ravioli stores do offer catering. Please check the Catering section for participating stores, menus and delivery/pick-up options. If you are outside the cities in which we operate stores, we would still love to be a special part of your event. Our many flavors of ravioli are a great option for couples and families who no longer live in the NY/NJ Tri-state area. We can ship them directly to you or your venue.

SHIPPING 

How do you ship Pastosa Ravioli products?

We pack our fresh and frozen goods in an insulated shipping box with enough coolant (ice gel packs) to keep the contents in the correct temperature zone for 1-3 days in transit. Merchandise and Pantry Essentials may be shipped separately from perishable goods for a different shipping fee.  
How much does shipping cost?
Cost of shipping varies by your location in the United States. Alaska and Hawaii will have higher shipping costs than the continental United States. If you purchase over 50 lbs. of goods, your shipping fee will increase. Packages weighing 50 pounds or more must be shipped in two or more (multi-piece) shipping containers, hence the higher shipping rate. If you do not want to pay the higher shipping fee, please remove some items from your cart in order to condense your order. 
 Where can you ship? Do you deliver to the Florida & California? 
We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, via UPS. We do not ship internationally at this time, sorry. 
Which days of the week can I expect to receive my Pastosa Ravioli delivery?
 Our products can be delivered every day of the week except for Saturday, Sunday or Monday, though some exceptions for certain shipping destinations could deliver on Saturdays.
 Is there an order minimum?
Yes, our order minimum is $40.00 worth of products. But keep in mind that our shipping rates do not increase with order size (as long as it fits in one shipping container-we have a few different sized containers). If you are over the maximum amount and need another box, you will be notified of your options and any additional shipping fees that may apply. Also, our merch and pantry essentials ship separately for a lower shipping cost.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking number when your order ships. If you don’t, please check your spam folder prior to emailing us at orders@pastosa.com. You can also login to your account to see shipping updates and order status. 
What time will I receive my Pastosa Ravioli delivery?
We are unable to guarantee a delivery time as this is subject to our carrier, UPS. Most drivers deliver packages anytime between 8am-10pm. If you order is for time-sensitive event, we suggest placing and receiving your order early. Please schedule it to arrive 1-2 days before the special occasion. 

Is a signature required for delivery?

No. We authorize UPS to leave all packages at the shipping destination without a signature. That way, the recipient doesn’t have to be home to accept it. Please note that UPS may not leave the package if the home is located on a main road with a lot of foot traffic. To avoid this, we suggest always letting the recipient know he/she is receiving perishables and on which days to expect them. Additionally, if shipping to a business and it is closed, UPS will not leave the package. This is why we strongly suggest avoiding shipping to a business. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Do I have to serve my items the same day they arrive? 

No, you don’t have to serve them the same day. We strongly recommend you plan to have your order arrive 1-2 days prior to when you need it. All of our items have been made and packed with the intention of letting you choose between serving them right away or storing them for a later date. Just follow the instructions included in your box, most products will remain fresh in your fridge or freezer for a few days, up to several months. 
 Where can I find ingredients and allergen information?
You can find ingredients and allergen information listed on each product’s page under the product's description.
 How do I know which products my local retailer carries?
Since each store’s frozen foods manager orders differently, products and availability vary from store to store. We suggest calling ahead to the store to inquire about their specific items and stock levels. Use this handy map to get their contact information.
 I’ve just received a box of Pastosa Ravioli and I want to make it for dinner tonight, but some of the products are frozen. Can I thaw them prior to cooking?
No, please cook all pasta and ravioli products frozen according to the directions on packaging and store/serve other items as noted on the packing slip.
 I want to order a Meal Kit, but can I substitute a flavor of ravioli, sauce or cut of pasta?
Unfortunately we cannot support substitutions at this time. Some Meal Kits do have options for choices of cheese, shirt size and dried meat flavors. You will notice these as a drop down to select once inside the specific Meal Kit’s page.

GIFTS

Can I surprise someone with a gift of Pastosa Ravioli?
Who doesn’t love a surprise?—but since you’re sending perishables, you’ll want to make sure that the lucky recipient is home to open the package and put the contents away properly. (Storage instructions can be found on the packing slip located inside the box or in the How To Store section located on each product’s page.) 
Can I include a gift note to the recipient?
Yes. At checkout, there’s a field called “gift notes.” Type the message you’d like to include with your gift and we’ll print the note on the packing slip for the recipient.
 Can I earn rewards points from corporate gift orders (10 order or more)?
Unfortunately, gift concierge orders are not eligible for rewards points.
