We fill our traditional ring-shaped spinach pasta with chopped spinach, ricotta and Parmesan cheese.

One 16-ounce bag of spinach tortellini
HOW TO STORE
The tortellini ship frozen with ice packs and may thaw during transit. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
HOW TO COOK (do not defrost): Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; add the tortellini and cook, stirring occasionally, until the tortellini float and the water returns to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce.
