We love to toss our seasonal pumpkin gnocchi in our mom's simple butter sauce. To serve, we sprinkle with cinnamon and grate over Parmigiano Reggiano.

HOW TO STORE
The gnocchi ships frozen with ice packs and may thaw during transit. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

HOW TO COOK (do not defrost): Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; add the gnocchi and cook, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi float and the water returns to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 8 minutes. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce.

MAKE OUR FAMILY RECIPE
Mom's simple butter sauce is so easy, it's not really even a recipe. First, melt a stick of butter and drizzle a little on each serving of gnocchi. To serve, sprinkle with cinnamon and grate over some Parmigiano Reggiano.
