Our tiny, yet plump fresh pasta shells—whose ends are nearly pinched closed—are made with pasta dough infused with ricotta cheese—giving the pasta its soft, chewy texture.

HOW TO STORE
The pasta ships frozen with ice packs and may thaw during transit. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months. 

HOW TO COOK (do not defrost): Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, 6 to 8 minutes. Strain and serve with your favorite sauce.
